MQA (Marketing Quality Assured Limited) takes information security seriously and has apprised staff on GDPR General Data Protection Regulation and stipulations about information held. We may appoint as data protection officer an independent advisor. Information is used only for business purposes, in particular, that of carrying out assessment and training services in line with the requirements of international standards and regulatory bodies such as UKAS. Guidance from the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) also confirms that professional service organisations – including auditors/assessors – will be controllers rather than processors of any personal information they use in the delivery of services.

MQA only provides information relevant to carrying out assessment and training services to its clients and does not sell on information. Any information provided including news updates is on an opt in basis in response to enquiry.

MQA has renewed registration with the Information Commissioner’s Office ICO.
Regular internal audits check our use of personal and business information and how we process it for providing good assessment service for our clients.

We have regularly reviewed and updated systems.

Business information is stored securely and remotely backed up and password protected.

We do not take card payments. We only bill once work is done. We do not sell on information about you. (clients, suppliers, customers, staff)

We keep information for as long as is necessary for carrying out the services we provide.
Your report is yours, once you’ve paid for it, and it can be published, if you wish, in part or as a whole by you, but will remain confidential in our files/hands.

We will seek your permission before mentioning your name/business and any comments, quotes or acknowledgements/endorsements, for any promotional purposes.

Our website may, from time to time, contain links to and from the websites of our partner networks, advertisers and affiliates. If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies. Please check these policies before you submit any personal data to these websites.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. We work with a network of Influencers and Bloggers to promote MQA. If you work with us as an Influencer or Blogger then your details will be stored securely on our electronic internal systems and will be used for contacting you and sending you products to test and review where appropriate. Your details will only be shared with selected 3rd party companies to enable us to carry out our business, eg UKAS, subcontract Assessors, our PR Agency.
